Thanks to the new "Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act," is is now a crime to annoy someone on the internet under an alias. Yes it actually uses the word annoy. This basically means that some 70% of blogs and 99% of online forums will be hamstrung as millions of users become 100% politically correct and only post pleasant ideas that have been vetted by their PR department to ensure that it is safe. (And yes I did make up those statistics.)

Seriously, who thought that such a vaguely worded clause was a good idea?
